Exchange & Return Policy – Demas Gold

At Demas Gold, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and transparent shopping experience. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to exchanges and returns.

1. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within a maximum of 3 days from the date the order is received, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, as received, without use or alteration.
• The replacement item must be of the same weight or a higher weight.
• If the customer selects an item with a higher weight, the customer must pay the applicable weight difference.
• A SAR 60 delivery fee will apply to exchange requests within Saudi Arabia.
• The item must not have been altered in any way, including resizing, size reduction, size enlargement, or color changes.

2. Return Policy

Customers may request a return within a maximum of 24 hours from the date the order is received, provided that the item remains in its original condition and has not been altered.

For approved returns:

• A SAR 60 delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• For orders paid through Tabby or Tamara, an additional 3% of the total order value will be deducted, in addition to the delivery fee.
• The remaining eligible amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund method and procedures.

3. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

Items cannot be exchanged or returned in any of the following cases:

• If the item has been resized, reduced, or enlarged.
• If the color of the item has been changed.
• If any modification has been made to the item at the customer's request.
• For hygiene and health reasons, items that come into direct contact with pierced areas, including earrings and nose jewelry, are not eligible for exchange or return.

4. Order Cancellation by Demas Gold

Demas Gold reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The ordered item is unavailable.
• A pricing error has occurred.
• The requested size is unavailable.

If an order is cancelled by Demas Gold for any of the reasons stated above, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid with no deductions.

General Terms

By completing a purchase through Demas Gold, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Exchange & Return Policy stated above.

Demas Gold reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item before approving any exchange or return request. All items must meet the requirements specified in this policy.
